7R, a developer specializing in high-quality warehouses, sums up its activity in Pomerania for the last quarter. The company leased nearly 53,000 sqm of warehouse space there and strengthening its presence in the region by moving to a new office and launching more projects.
The last few months have been extremely busy for us. For 7R, the last quarter was much better than the same quarter last year. We can see tenants’ growing interest in the Pomeranian market, looking for high-end warehouses. We expect this activity will grow systematically.
