Łukasz Jachna, the current member of the 7R board and the Chief Capital Markets Officer, has decided to leave the company. He will remain the head of the Capital Markets team until the end of September this year.
Currently, the management board of 7R consists of four people:
- Tomasz Lubowiecki, CEO of 7R
- Ryszard Gretkowski, Vice-Chairman of the Board
- Christopher Zeuner, Chief Investment Officer
- Tomasz Mika, Chief Financial Officer
Łukasz Jachna has joined 7R in 2018. He managed the Capital Markets team and built the company's investment offer. From October 2021, he was a member of the firm's management board.
I would like to thank Łukasz for his contribution to the development of the 7R brand. His professionalism and commitment allowed us to build lasting relationships with business partners, including international investment funds. I wish Łukasz good luck with his professional and personal plans.

7R is a dynamically developing developer operating in the commercial real estate market, specializing in providing modern warehouse and production space for lease. It implements both warehouse and industrial centres intended for many tenants, as well as BTS facilities. The 7R portfolio includes large-scale logistics parks and urban Small Business Unit warehouses that comprise the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics network. So far, the company has completed projects with a total area of over 1.5 million sqm. Currently, approximately 570,000 sqm is under construction warehouse and industrial space in various locations throughout Poland. The portfolio of properties managed by 7R amounts to nearly 1.5 million sqm.
